Simple Thai Curry Recipe Without The Mystery

Thai food has become very popular as a takeaway in recent years but you may feel out of your comfort zone producing it in the kitchen. If you're playing our murder mystery dinner game, 'The Thai Who Rubbed Me', this recipe really couldn't be easier. As long as you can slice, pour and stir, you're there! We suggest you do all the chopping before you start to cook. Serve with Thai jasmine rice if possible.
