Our games are elegantly boxed and include:-

Our murder mystery games start with an introductory drinks round. There are then 2 rounds of clues between courses before you make your assessments in the third round. Finally the solution is revealed as you the characters read out/act out the final round. We think it's more fun that way!

There is no adlibbing and no lying, you simply have to read and listen carefully to the script. Again, we think this makes the games better to play and much more fun!

We have played a lot of murder mystery games of all kinds including those with a cd. Often those cds are disappointing.

What makes our games unique is that you all act out the final reveal which makes everything clear and everything fun!

No! With WhoDunnit Dinners everyone is in the dark, including the murderer themselves! Argueably this is less 'true to life' but in our experience it makes for a more interesting evening, if everyone thinks that they might be guilty. All the guests are then looking out for clues as to who committed the crime. (You can also accuse yourself - or throw yourself on your sword - in the Accusations Round, if you think you were the only one who had the means, motive and opportunity!)

Your game should be with you in 5-7 working days. Orders received after 12 pm will be despatched the next working day. All despatches are subject to the Royal Mail delivery service and we can make no allowances for any strikes.

However if you have ordered from outside the UK then please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. We will despatch in the same time but we can't be responsible for the surface mail provisions of the country we send to. We hope you understand!

To receive your murder mystery game by Saturday morning using standard delivery you will need to order by Wednesday 12pm. However, remember that it's best to send out invites to your guests in advance so that they can prepare their costumes and their characters. You will also ideally need the hostnotes in advance so that you can prepare a sumptuous meal and atmospheric setting!

If you are really up against it in terms of time then why not try a downloadable game? You'll get the materials instantly and you can email them to your guests if you need to.

Our games are designed to be enjoyed over a glass of wine and with friends. They are really for an adult audience more along the lines of the Carry On films than an Agatha Christie mystery.

You need to have all the characters present for the script and host notes that you have been purchased to work. You have the option of one of the other guests doubling up and playing their part too, although you are likely to lose some  of the authenticity and we don't really recommend it. Our first suggestion would be to phone round some friends and try to recruit a last minute replacement, and help them out with their costume.

Alternatively, if we have another version of the same story available for the reduced number you require, we can email you the new script and host notes within 24 hours for a nominal fee of £5.

If you want to play one of our games but the gender split isn't quite right for you or there isn't a game for the number of players you have then drop us an email. We may be able to deliver a version that will work for you in the time you want. We aren't promising! But we will do our best. sales@whodunnitdinners.co.uk

Yes we do deliver outside the UK.

However, WhoDunnit Dinners accepts no responsibility for import duty imposed by the country of the purchaser. Payment of any duty is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please also be aware that if we despatch outside the UK we cannot guarantee delivery within 5 - 8 working days. It is more likely to be 2 - 3 weeks depending on the country to which we are delivering.

Our downloadable games are available wherever you live with no despatch charge. If you want to play one of our games and it is not available as a download please contact us and we will let you know whether we can prepare it as a downloadable version in time for your murder mystery evening.
